We are looking for a candidate to obtain her/his PhD degree working in our lab at Zaragoza (Spain). The subject of the the doctoral thesis will be related with grape and wine polyphenolic and flavor related molecules, and will be supervised by Prof. Vicente Ferreira.
We offer a junior researcher position where you can learn the state of the art techniques in sample preparation and chromatography.
It is compulsory to have a bachelor or master degree in Biology, Food Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry or Enology.
